Terms of Service

Welcome to GameInfinite, LLC! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services, including purchases made through our store. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
 

1. Acceptance of Terms

  • By placing an order or using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or are an emancipated minor, or possess legal parental or guardian consent, and that you are fully able and competent to enter into the terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations, and warranties set forth in these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services or place orders through our website.
     

2. Products and Availability

  • We sell physical and digital products. All product descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change without notice. Availability is not guaranteed and may vary based on inventory and supplier conditions. We reserve the right to limit quantities per customer and/or per household.
     

3. Services

In addition to physical and digital products, we may offer services such as in-game item delivery, customization, subscriptions, or account support for games like Diablo II, Diablo IV, World of Warcraft, Path of Exile 2 and others. By purchasing or using these services, you agree to the following:

  • Eligibility: You must have the appropriate game account and meet any prerequisites for the service.

  • Delivery: Service fulfillment may require in-game coordination, account access, or communication. We will never request your login credentials unless account access is required, then we will provide secure, time-limited instructions via verified channels.

  • No Guarantees: We do not guarantee specific outcomes, rankings, or in-game performance. All services are provided on a best-effort basis.

  • Non-Refundable: Once a service has been initiated or completed, it is non-refundable unless otherwise stated. If we are unable to fulfill the service due to circumstances within our control, you will be entitled to a full refund for that specific service.

  • Compliance: You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our services complies with the terms of the game publisher or platform. We are not liable for any account actions taken by third-party game providers.
     

4. Orders and Payment

  • All orders must be paid in full at checkout unless a payment plan method is selected (e.g. Klarna).

  • We accept major credit cards, and other payment gateways as listed.

  • Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order or customer at our discretion.

  • Customer orders are limited to $600 total across all orders per day and $1,500 total across all orders per month. The amount of orders a customer can place per day is limited to 2 per day and 6 per month. Order limits are enforced per calendar day and calendar month. Attempts to bypass limits via multiple accounts, IP addresses, devices or aliases will result in account suspension.

  • Customers who, in the sole judgment of GameInfinite, LLC, exhibit suspicious, abusive, or fraudulent behavior, including but not limited to the acts listed below, will be subject to immediate and permanent suspension of their account, a permanent sales ban (blacklisting), and we reserve the right to pursue all available remedies, including legal action: unusual purchasing patterns, excessive refund requests, chargebacks, inconsistent identity data, excessive damage complaints, excessive customer service interactions, aggressive or manipulative behavior toward our team, fake names or multiple names, multiple accounts, defaming our business and/or manipulation of our specials, deals, gift cards, subscriptions, or store credit.
     

5. Shipping and Fulfillment

  • Physical products generally ship from the state of Oregon or the state of California in the United States of America, typically within 3 business days of an order being placed.

  • Tracking numbers are provided when available.

  • Domestic shipping only (United States of America) at this time.

  • International customers who use a United States based parcel forwarding service understand that the responsibility of GameInfinite, LLC is complete when the package(s) is delivered to the parcel forwarding service.

  • We are not responsible for delays, damage, tampering, missing items, incorrect shipments, misdelivered shipments, or lost shipments caused by parcel forwarding services, customs, or third-party carriers.

  • We may opt to add Signature Required and/or shipping insurance to some shipments for security purposes.

  • Digital products are delivered via email or account download after payment confirmation.
     

6. Returns and Refunds

  • We do not accept returns or cancellations for collectible trading card games including but not limited to Pokémon, Magic the Gathering, Sorcery Contested Realm, Flesh and Blood, One Piece, Star Wars Unlimited, Lorcana etc.

  • Physical products not including collectible trading card games may be returned within 7 days of receipt if unopened and in original condition.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

  • Digital products are non-refundable.

  • To initiate a return, contact us at gameinfinite.com/contact with your order number.
     

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on our site — including product images, descriptions, logos, and branding — is owned by GameInfinite, LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without permission.
     

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use our site for unlawful purposes

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

  • Post or transmit illegal, harmful, offensive, or misleading content

 

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GameInfinite, LLC and its affiliates, managers, personnel, and representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our website, products, or services. This includes, without limitation, loss of data, loss of profits, business interruption, or any other commercial damages or losses. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of this site or any purchase made from us is limited to the amount you paid for the product(s) at issue.
 

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GameInfinite, LLC and its affiliates, managers, personnel, and representatives from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the site or your violation of these Terms. These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory under which damages are sought and apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.
 

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon in the United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Multnomah County, Oregon. You agree that any claim or dispute must be brought within one year of the cause of action.
 

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
