If you made a purchase for Diablo II on West Non-Ladder but meant to purchase on East Non-Ladder for example we will NOT refund you because we purchase most of our items from non refunding suppliers. We do NOT offer items for Diablo II Classic, Single Player or Open Battle.net. All our items are for Diablo II: Lord of Destruction Closed battle.net realms only.

     After the order is made, we will create an account on the game and server you purchased on and put the items/characters you ordered on it. We will then e-mail you the Account/Password. It is recommended that you use a trusted friend to transfer the items purchased to one of your own accounts. If you wish we can do an in-game transfer with you, contact us via AOL Instant Messenger at: GameInfinite. If we are not around simply leave a message and when someone is available they will help you. Please allow up to 48 hours for delivery! If it takes longer, we're probably having a problem with suppliers or battle.net and you should contact us regarding the issue. If it takes longer then 48 hours we will give you some bonus items to compensate for your patience. This does not apply to orders via e-check or power leveling services. If your order had items besides the Power Leveled Characters you desired, the items will be delivered to you within our average time frame(8 hours). Please check the estimated delivery times of each Character level before purchasing. The items will be delivered once the e-check is cleared. The delivery cap also does not apply when none of our suppliers are available(which is very rare) We only accept confirmed/verified US Resident Paypal members.
