COMPREHENSIVE BUYER GUIDE

     Are you new to buying game based items over the internet? This guide will teach you step by step everything you need to know. Before you attempt to make a purchase, you need to read our Terms of Service located here. Now when we say comprehensive buyer guide we absolutely mean it. This guide covers every single step of ordering from GameInfinite, so please read through the whole thing!

     First we will take you through a guide to purchase Diablo II: Lord of Destruction items off our site. Please remember, we ONLY supply items for the Diablo II Expansion pack titled "Lord of Destruction" and only supply items for closed battle.net realms. We do NOT offer any items for single player or Open Battle.net. Now lets start from the main page of GameInfinite, you will see a Diablo II button on the left of the page as shown below:



    Click on this button and it will lead you to the Diablo II: Lord of Destruction realm choice page:



    This page is crucial, please make SURE you have the correct realm and if your character/s that you're purchasing for are ladder or non-ladder. As stated in our terms of service we do NOT offer refunds for realm mistakes. Here's how you tell if your character is Ladder or Non-Ladder:



    As you can see it clearly says "LADDER CHARACTER" beneath your character's name if it is a ladder character. If you have a Non-Ladder Character, it will look like this:



    Also make sure what realm you're on shown in the top right corner of the character selection screen in Diablo II. After you've made sure what realm the character/s you're purchasing for are on and whether they're ladder or non-ladder, click the button that corresponds to that realm. In this example, the customer needs items on USWest Non-Ladder so he clicks on the "USWest Softcore Non-Ladder" button. After clicking on the button, the item category page loads:



    This page is fairly self explanatory, if you're not sure what the different kinds of items do, we recommend visiting the item section of Blizzard's Diablo II: Lord of Destruction Strategy Guide located here. In this example the customer wants the sword Lightsabre, so he clicks on "Weapons" in the item category list, which loads the Weapons page:



    First notice how near the top of the page it says "USWest Softcore Non-Ladder". Always make sure that the realm you intended on purchasing for is at the top of every item page. Now above the item description you will see a button that says "Add to Cart". When you click this, a Paypal window will popup:



    In this example, the customer wants more than just one item. To purchase more than one item, you need to minimize the Paypal window. After the Paypal window is minimized every time you add another item to your cart the Paypal window will remain minimized. Once you've added all the items you want, simply maximize the Paypal window and follow the simple checkout pages. If you are getting a rune pack, please specify what runes you want in the Paypal payment note before completing checkout. Also if you are getting one of your character's power leveled please list the account name/password/character name in the payment note. Also, if you made a purchase of $50.00 or above PLEASE indicate what bonus item you want in the payment note. Please remember this to help us process your order faster!

    After you have completed the checkout process we will recieve a notification from Paypal immedeately. We will then get the items you ordered and put them onto a new character on a new account that we will create specifically for your order. Once all items are placed on the account, we will e-mail you the account name/password. The e-mail will be from Orders @ gameinfinite | com (spaces/characters added to stop spambots) and the e-mail title will be "Your GameInfinite order is complete". Please make sure to regularly check your spam box while waiting for your order because some e-mail servers automatically consider any e-mail from a webmail address spam. We are not responsible for the items after we have e-mailed you the account information. You MUST log onto the character within 10 days of the delivery to recieve your items or the mule character will expire. Any loss of the items after delivery is not our responsibility.

    With every $1.00 you spend at GameInfinite you recieve one star. With enough stars you can get free items, this is our way of rewarding regular customers.     Now to get the items onto your own account, you can do one of the following:

Option 1 (Recommended): Leave us your account name/password/character names where you want the items on in the Paypal payment note or an e-mail. If you are hesistant to use this option, simply change the password of your account to something different and give it to us. After the items are on your account we will e-mail you telling you that your order is complete and you can change your password back. Option 2: Message us on AOL Instant Messenger via our screenname: GameInfinite for in-game transfer. If we are not around simply leave a message. Visit www.aim.com to get the messenger program.

Option 3: Create a game and e-mail us the game name/password (note: you may have to wait in the game for a few hours). If you choose this option, if someone joins claiming to be from GameInfinite make sure you verify that they're truly from GameInfinite by asking them what items you ordered.

Option 4: Get a friend to help transfer the items onto your own account.



    After reading through this, buying for the other games listed on our site should be easy. If you wanted World of Warcraft gold for example, when you're on the main page you would click on the "World of Warcraft" button on the left of the page. Then use the same method to purchase as stated above and make sure to specify in the Payment note your character name/faction/server and we will deliver the gold to you via the in-game mailing system (this is also true for FFXI, Everquest 2 and Guild Wars).
